About

Before beginning the doctoral program at Washington University, I worked for five years as a consultant at IBM in which I advised Fortune 100 pharmaceutical and telecommunications clients on strategies for developing human capital and social capital within the firm.

Before working at IBM, I completed my Masters degree in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University and my Bachelors degree in Psychology from Yale University.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time doing pretty much any outdoor activity with my wife and two daughters.
